Hotel a Gatlinburg - Pigeon Forge

“Elevator not working when i booked and was asked to book on another hotel. Our room is in the 4th floor. Dragging luggage and children into stairs is not a joke.”

“Very nice rooms with clean comfortable bed and updated showers. The breakfast was great every morning too.”

“Everything was great! We had the best time. The only thing id say and its not a complaint just a suggestion. The outdoor Waterpark should remain open past 7pm. That's early for people on vacation, especially if they have other things planned through that day! Otherwise, no complaints about the hotel, staff, or cleanliness. The firefly restaurant is junk and not worth the money just an FYI”

“Wifi only worked a couple of days a lot of construction going on front desk people just about useless "I don't know" was a very popular phrase asked 4 times for fire pit to be lit 3 days no fire pit asked 4 days for wifi to be fixed never fixed gave us key cards to wrong room where someone else was staying could have stolen all there stuff and now hoped that they didn't give some a card to our room,came back on Saturday and found the staff checked us out early so another trip to front desk new...

“We enjoyed being able to sit on the patio chairs overlooking the river. Very peaceful. The breakfast was adequate and coffee was available 24/7.”

“Fantastic stay! Clean and updated. Lovely helpful staff. Right off Main Street but quiet because of the location. Relaxing to sit on the patio and have a glass of wine. Fun to watch the bears from a distance. We will definitely stay here again if in the area. Thank you!”

“This was an okay stay, nothing terribly bad wrong, nothing outstandingly good. The rooms have obviously been refurbished and we're clean. The outside and common areas of the hotel could use attention”

“I appreciated the location, close to the Great Smoky Mountains NP and downtown Gatlinburg, the courtesy of the reception staff, the free parking. The breakfast could be improved for variety and quality”

“This is our go to place to stay in Pigeon Forge. I will not stay anywhere else. Reasonably priced, close to everything without fighting traffic to get into the hotel. Always clean. Comfy beds and pillow.”
