Y tuvimos que pagar hasta doble porque habíamos hecho reservacion online y dijo que no y tuvimos que pagar nuevamente allá y en efectivo porque tuvo problemas con su máquina de pago… todo fue un dolor de cabeza”

“Alex at the front desk was super helpful and went above and beyond to help me get a room on the courtyard side of the building. Room was clean and comfortable and was lovely to look out into the Courtyard. Hung out in the lobby for a few hours with my husband waiting for our flight, very nice and comfortable.”

“Exceptionally friendly staff, very personal and welcoming. Hotel is elegant and spotless, outside seating and landscaping was a lovely bonus, room was clean, quiet and the beds were amazingly comfortable. A+++ stay!”

“I had a problem with the internet. I brought my Dell laptop and could not access the internet. I was on with a tech support person for some time without any resolution. This is my only complaint about my stay. Maybe something with my laptop or my Norton 360 security was the issue, but it has worked fine elsewhere.”

“We enjoyed our stay at the Best Western very much. The staff were very nice and the breakfasts were quite tasty. I think our only criticism would be regarding the showers. They need to have to be someting between the shower door and transom to stop the water from flooding the shower area. We had to use several towels to mop up the water after ever shower. This is a comment for Expedia. I have a service dog and when we schedule a stay at a motel I would like to let them know I will have him...

“The pool was CLOSED! We always choose a hotel with a nice pool for our special needs daughter. We chose this one for that feature and were sorely disappointed that we couldn't use it. The breakfast was OK but not outstanding. The front desk staff was grest-- even suggested a terrific local Italian take-out restaurant.”
