“Lovely hotel and stayed many times. Close to Birkdale village shopping and restaurants”

“It is a terrible stay, no cleaning, no housekeeping, all are bluffing. We stayed 3 days, no cleaning at all, no proper response from the staff.”

“The location of Huntersville is superb! Lots of dining options, gas station, lovely area! They do have fresh Starbucks coffee in the lobby every day! The lobby is quaint and great for a social drink and appetizers, but its not a full service restaurant. Had the king room with loveseat. It was just perfect for a weeks stay. Bed was sooo soft and comfortable. Very clean, and the house cleaners did a nice job every day. Ice machine on the 3rd floor, fridge worked, and the AC worked fine with no...

“I absolutely loved the room despite it being on the first floor and Katherine at the front desk was so sweet, helpful, and she knew you by name and asked how you were doing. The breakfast options were decent despite it being a Spark, the only thing I didn’t like was that my room didn’t have drawers at all to store clothes, so I lived out of my suitcase.”
