“I inadvertently booked a room at this hotel thinking it was the Motel 6 in Overland Park, which was very nice. I wish there was a -option, this place shouldn't be in business.”

“Room was clean and it looked like it had been updated. No hair dryer or iron which I thought was the norm for almost every other hotel I’ve stayed at. Air conditioner had a hard time keeping up. Main thing we noticed and others that joined us was that the elevator always smelled awful! The room however, smelled great! The employee the first night was awesome! The employee the second night was like a sloth! So slow to get anything! Our room was not cleaned the second day so we had to go down and...

“Only issue was breakfast options were waffles, toast, muffin or cereal and they had 1 waffle machine and batter dispenser was broken and people having to wait 15+ minutes to get to the waffle making machine.”

“This is a non-smoking hotel but the first room we were offered reeked of stale tobacco, obviously used to be a hotel that allowed smoking. The manager found us another room and that was better although the curtains smelled of tobacco. Aside from two beds, a fridge and microwave there were no other amenities, no cups for water, no coffee maker, no tissues. The towels were thin and although clean were stained and old. The manager was kind enough to find us a blanket as the bed only had a sheet and...

“The gym was a gym in name only as the equipment was old and poorly maintained - unusable. Wi-Fi did not work in my room and even in the lobby I had minimal connection. There was an empty hand sanitizer stand beside the elevator on our floor. Rooms are old and in severe need of renovation. No real attention to cleanliness although the breakfast area was maintained. My only positive comment is that the staff were friendly.”

“Helpful, friendly and prompt staff. We had a minor loose screw on our shower valve and they fixed it while we were out for lunch! Not a hard fix. But they did it fast and without interrupting our stay. I would stay there again and recommend to anyone looking for an a place with a kitchenette and plenty of room to stretch out.”

“Great location. Room had a comfortable chair and ottoman. Bed was very comfortable. Sink was new but tub was old. Water pressure in shower was terrible. TV sometimes lost sound and had to be unplugged to reboot. Maintenance man said new TVs had been ordered. Lobby area was spacious and attractive with many areas for small groups to gather.”

“Initially I was given a room that had a refrigerator not working properly and the phone didn't work for me to timely let them know, I went down to the front desk and the employee was friendly and worked quickly to get me into another room. Everything after that went very well. The price for the amenities was a good deal.”

“A neat and clean place conveniently located ; elegant rooms; great prices and excellent staff. Breakfast was simple and clean. Highly recommend”

“Property is under massive renovation. Construction materials are scattered in and out of the buildings. Parking lot was full of nails and barely usable. Several of the security doors had no locks. Hallways had no air conditioning. Our suite had no sitting area. The shower had no hot water. Kitchen had cookware but no eating utensils. Breakfast was biscuits and gravy, powdered eggs and undercooked sausage and bacon. Inedible at best. Unfortunately we had booked three nights and never felt safe...

“Very clean bathrooms and casino floor is nice. Didn’t eat here except the late night pizza from the far end of the casino floor at the bar. I think they stayed open until 2am or something”
