“room was nice and breakfast was good. Toilet ran entire time we were there. reported it to management three times, but no fix.”

“We were here with a soccer team for a tournament. The hotel was very dirty and felt unsafe. Police were called around 3:00 AM on our first night because of a fight, and a few days later we learned that someone had DIED on the property. The hotel did offer two free nights after everything that happened, but we chose to leave and stay elsewhere. Very disappointing experience- do not recommend”

“My room was immaculately clean. I love the body wash. Restaurants and other stores were close by The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Also, the price was right Looking forward to my next stay.”

“Beautiful hotel. Really clean and well designed, good price through Expedia. Will definitely stay here again when I'm heading to Charlotte North Carolina.”

“The property and staff were nice. However the description stated there was a bar on site and there is not. We were there for a celebration and the amenities that are described are very misleading. We would have chosen a different place. Parking is also $8 a night even though the hotel is in a private parking lot, which was also not mentioned when booking.”

“Theu have a problem with noisy ventilation system in the ceiling at the entrance. I had to change the room, because it was really disturbing. You can not switch it off without disconnecting other appliances in the room. Fridge was also dirty- bottom drawers. The rooms on yhe 4th floor seem to be in the best shape.”

“Everything about the property was fine, but in the room, not so much. When the sheets were pulled down on one of the beds, there was a spot of blood on the sheets. And old food had been left in the microwave. These problems were raised at the desk and to our delight, the room was comped!”

“The front desk girls were snotty, but thankfully the manger was so very kind. The entire hotel was a disaster. It was gross and run down and smelled. I will never stay at this location ever. If you just don’t care and wanna sleep then do it, but from the lobby to the elevator to the hallways to the room was just gross. Felt so dirty when I left. It was definitely not worth the money at all!!”

“It was cute and out the way! Close to lots of food places. Clean room. Super nice staff. Breakfast was pretty good and lots of options it was VERY busy tho.”

“Updated and modern, wooden floors are nice si that there’s not that typical carpet small that most hotels have. Clean and bright. Unsustainable using all plastic and throwaway. Breakfast was fine, coffee subpar ”
