“Food is amazing. Even near max capacity the grounds are spread out and you never feel like there is to little space. Only complaint I had was our room had an order of mildew but it was extremely clean. I think it is difficult for the AC to deal with the humidity. ”

“Liked staff were friendly and willing to help you if you needed any assistance. 2 formal sitdown resturants have excellent food and 1 average buffet could have some upgraded features. Maybe 1 more formal restaurant should be added for better availability because you can't always get a reservaton on 1st try. Outdoor grills are great with excellent food. Room service except for our last moring was slow to deliver told 40 to 45 min but mostly took 1 hour to 1 1/2 hr. Food was cold but thank...

“I bagni sarebbero un po' da sistemare, nel senso che le porte andrebbero cambiate e le fughe rifinite meglio, ma è tutto pulitissimo ed è la cosa più importante. I giardini sono ben curati, i ristoranti offrono degli abbondanti buffet che possono accontentare tutti. Ci sono poche sdraio rispetto al numero di ospiti. A me è piaciuto e mi sono rilassata.”

“Nicest room we’ve ever had at any hotel ever. Food was good, service good. Water park was amazing for my kids, age 9 and 6. Beach was beautiful with soft white sand. The seaweed problem wasn’t too bad while we were there in early April. I would recommend this place to families with young children. ”
