Hotel di lusso a Puerto Vallarta

“Paid for all inclusive and they had "premium" options so it wasnt really all inclusive. Front desk tried to upsell SPAs everytime they saw us . Had early check in and the concierge said room would be ready in about half an hour but waited almost 2 hours for it. Paid extra for a private beach dinner and when we showed up they weren't ready, they said you can come back tomorrow or wait about an hour an a half very unprofessional. The rooms speaker and tablet would not fully connect at times. Tried...

“Salta all'occhio lo staff numerosissimo ma non sempre all'altezza di una struttura del genere. Sembra un esercito senza un vero comandante! Fastidiosa e' l'insistenza nel lanciare continui messaggi finalizzati alla cosiddetta "mancia". Ottimo il ristorante messicano e quello francese, non altrettanto quello italiano. Più che buona la colazione e il luncheonette a buffet che propone tantissimi piatti gustosi della cucina messicana.”

“We have stayed at Secrets at Vallarta Bay 4 times over the last 6 years because we know what to expect; clean areas, good food and amazing service from the staff. The pools are cleaned daily, the rooms are a bit dated but comfortable and cool, and the on site restaurants offer good quality and variety so leaving the grounds is not necessary. A minor complaint was construction creating some noise next to the resort, but nothing that affected our stay. We will be heading back soon!”
