“I was surprised by the dinner included with the room! It was very good. A pasta with sliced grilled chicken and salad. There was a tomato sauce on the side. They also had hot dogs and chips with nacho cheese. The breakfast in the morning was also good with spiced potatoes, sausage and scrambled eggs. And the usual waffles and cereals. The staff was wonderful and my room was spotless. I will stay here again.”

“Booked a king room. Got there and the room was upstairs, but I can't do stairs because of a prosthetic leg, so they gave us a dbl queen (downstairs) because they don't have an elevator. Then there were small bugs in the room and at the entrance doors, the caulking in the tub area was horrible, cracking and not well maintained. The guy was nice, but the property was definitely going downhill. Next time I'll pay the additional $100 (double of this) to stay at one of the casinos. Food there was...

“The property was clean but the jacuzzi was ice cold. I was told they were waiting on a part that was coming after the holidays. Plus no complimentary breakfast and the bistro was closed during lunch hours.”

“The door stuck and was very hard to open. THE SHEETS DID NOT FIT THE BED, THE COFFEE DID NOT FIT INTO THE COFFE MAKER. THE TRAY WAS OVER SIZED. THE COFFEE WAS LOSE IN THE ENVELOPE. THE IRONING BOARD COVER WOULD NOT STAY ON THE IRONING BOARD. ONE OF THE WORST STAYS I HAVE HAD IN A VERY LONG TIME.”

“My check-in was quick and the room was ready. The property was clean, room was spacious and the beds were soft. I must admit that I slept so good in that bed! Breakfast was pretty decent. The staff was nice and helpful. No complaints at all for Quality Inn, the family and I enjoyed our stay.”

“This is an older property, and it definitely shows its age. Unfortunately, the front desk staff we encountered were not very helpful and seemed largely unsympathetic when concerns were raised. I was also surprised by the $10-per-night parking fee. The hotel has a large parking lot with plenty of space, and given that it's not located in a particularly high-demand area, the charge felt unnecessary and disappointing.”

Enjoyed the pull-out double sofa bed, it was soft and provided adequate the extra sleeping space needed.Front desk staff were so nice during check-in and check-out and provided linen needed for pull-out sofa bed without any hesitation after we checked in.
