Hotel a Trussville

“Pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel! Staff was super nice and the room was great! Stayed in a room with king size bed and had a nice sitting area with love seat. Room fridge and AC was super cold and bathroom clean and shower water pressure appropriate. I am not one to give overall good ratings to hotel, but this is definitely the nicest one I have stayed at in a while. Stayed in a DC hotel that was $400 a night and this place wins in every area hands down!”

“Showed up and tried checking in. Computer system was down. Took a while to come back up. The bed sucked. It was very worn out. Mattress too soft. Stream in shower consisted of 2 jets. Couldn’t get shampoo out of my hair. Wouldn’t ever stay there again!”

“Clean room and functional Air conditioning is a good start. This location has plenty of restaurants around and is right off the freeway. I’d stay here again.”

“Upon checking in, Jennifer was very kind and helpful. Half of the hotel has been renovated, but we weren't lucky enough to get one of those room. The property is older and needs some extra love however, our stay was pleasant. The breakfast area is kept very clean and well stocked.”

“Food behind one bed and some type of medicine pill behind the other bed. You can tell they dont pull the bed away from the wall often to clean. Bed isn't connected to the wall either so its easy to pull away from wall to clean if they chose to do so.”

“Everything about this hotel was great. Beautifully manicured property and even a lower deck area right on the river edge. Very clean, staff was very, very friendly and helpful and pool was nice. Everything was well maintained. Definitely will stay here again. Continental breakfast is just cereal, bagel, roll, fruit but considering the cost of the room, it was fine with us. Highly recommend.”

“The staff was wonderful. The room was clean, but the couch cushion had stains on it. The sink in the kitchenette also drained slowly. We were thankful for the supplies in the room - dish soap, paper towels, etc. The property seemed newer and was nicely appointed. The grounds had some trash on it. The pool was dirty and cold with no pool towels clean. It closed fairly early too which was upsetting (8pm).
