“Brand new hotel in Batam. Staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean. Would be better if the pools were heated.”

Breakfast was a bit confusing for new guests, long and confusing waiting for services like juice and egg station, they lack clear signage about how to order juice and egg from staff who lack English conversation skills. “Second stay for cycling, Afriadi organising the logistics along with Ade are good team and solution providers at the lobby. The breakfast open at 4 am was appreciated and the breakfast team was very friendly. ”

“Great stay for families. Kids club could have a bit more inside but fantastic playground. A la carte options at restaurant would be the only main thing to add otherwise fantastic renovation and vacation spot. We will visit again. ”
