This was definitely a very rememberable experience with a six course meal. The food for the whole trip was some of the nicest I had. The view from our room was breathtaking. I hightly recommended Ambassador Cruises in Ha Long Bay.”

Non è semplice trovare una simile professionalità nel Sud Est asiatico.
Cabina molto carina con grande bagno e con un terrazzino minuscolo.
Ci saranno penso un 50 ospiti forse 40. Il mangiare buono e vario, veniva effettuato il refill dei piatti di portata quindi un all you can est. La sera invece si veniva serviti al tavolo.”

The Vietnamese tea service hosted by Alex was a great experience and very insightful. Also Mr Bing playing modern songs on traditional Vietnamese instruments whilst having dinner, was great to hear and really made the experience all the better.

“Da evitare, cibo di scarsa qualita, bagni con porta sapone pericolosi in coccio, rotto uno me lo fanno pagare 4 volte il reale costo ed in piu mi prelevano dalla carta di credito piu del prezzo pattuito...scarsa professionalita...inoltre la barca non si è mossa dalla zona turistica piena di barche, poche attivita nelle zone piu belle si consiglia di sceglierne altre a prezzi piu umani visto il posto”

“Everything was excellent- my only criticism would be that there were screaming kids everywhere.. free to run around and scream and treat the lobby or bar area like a playground and no one does anything to stop it.. definitely not the vibe when you’re trying to relax at a nice hotel

“Spent 2 days with family at hotel. Would definitely recommend. Quick ride to boat terminal. Room was clean. Pool was great for the kids. The 2 ladies, Diem Phuong and Duong Hue , were of great help. Some staff can speak English and Mandarin. Hope you enjoy as much as my family did. Only thing to keep in mind that buffet breakfast hours are different from weekdays to weekends. ”
