“My kids enjoyed it they are ages 6 and 3, they enjoyed the beach and water park. But as an adult we see all the things broken and dirty- the water park is not glamorous and not the cleanest looking, but again my young kids had fun. A whole big slide system is broken down and rusty and closed and an empty dirty pool remained. The room had a funky smell, felt kind of damp, maybe that comes with being right on the beach. “Not the fanciest resort we've ever stayed at, but it comfortable and met our expectations. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. The resort staff was excellent and very helpful. Everyone on the staff that we came into contact was very kind and ready to help. We liked that the resort was close to the downtown and easy walking distant to restaurants and shopping. We'll likely book the resort again next year.”

“The staff was very nice however they did not appear to be very knowledgeable about the hotel physical aspects.
The TV was of no use quite unfortunately. In what-ever way it was to receive it's signal it never worked other than to get short bursts of a signal that might last 1 or 2 minutes of the program and then you would wait 5-7 minutes before you would get another burst of the program. All in all, quite useless.
There is no breakfast bar so one had to go off to a restaurant to eat and burn...

“The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing. It had an unpleasant smell, appeared unclean, and there was no ventilation. The bathroom felt quite old and wasn’t as clean as we would have expected. We also found a large stain on the duvet cover, which was off-putting. Overall, it was manageable for a one-night stay, but the cleanliness and condition of the room could definitely be improved.”

“We chose this property to stay at for our first anniversary with our kids. I picked it because it offered 2 bedrooms and 3 beds to accommodate us. I was sorry about my choice the moment we opened our room door. The smell of MOLD and MUSTINESS was overwhelming. Since I booked through Expedia, I didn't think there were options to get our money back and go somewhere else. It was not cheap either! The bedding was awkward. “The room was filthy. I was afraid to sleep under the covers. So Luckily I had clean sheets, blanket and pillows with me so I put that on the bed so I could sleep. I felt like the room was just opened up from there dungeon when they run out of rooms so they can make more money. Bugs on the balcony.
