“This was the worst hotel I ever stayed in. I feel robbed that I had to pay for it. The room smelled, everything inside the room was broken. I’m still hoping I don’t catch anything from my stay.”

“We were extremely disappointed in how poor the cleanliness was of our room. The bedding was stained and had hair on it that wasn't ours. The towels were also stained. The shower curtain was filthy at the bottom and had boogers on it. The worst part was that immediately after entering the room, and entering the bathroom, we noticed an item sitting on top of the light fixture. We tried to see what it was and a glass tube that looked to be drug paraphernalia fell onto the floor and shattered. We...

“We’ve stayed here in years past in our travels to Ohio. We stayed there yesterday and our room was dirty which whatever we were not impressed but it was only a night. Ice machine on our floor wasn’t working either. This morning we went down for breakfast and they had nothing to offer, no coffee either. Apparently they said there delivery never happened but after talking to staff it seems like this has been happening fairly regularly. Thumbs down!”

“Not sure if it's the hotel or Expedia but there was an option for parking at $9 when booking the room so I chose that. After the reservation was complete, I got the auto-response from the hotel in Expedia chat message. That message said parking was $25. But I assumed since I chose the option when booking, there was a discount. When I checked out after my stay, the attendant gave me a receipt for parking at $28!
