“It was not in the middle of Pittsburgh but very easy access to travel to the event and places in the city. The room was larger than in other hotels. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was satisfactory. ”

“Arrived at the property and there was a system outage. Multiple guests had to wait to be checked in. Khalifah, the desk agent, handled the situation like a pro. He remained calm, explained the situation to every guest that arrived, and offered everyone a beverage and snacks. Even when some guests who were already in the hotel were being rude, he stayed professional. He even went door to door to try to determine which rooms could be used. Blessings to this young man. True customer service...

“Easy check in and out. Parking was fast and convenient. Breakfast was good and gave plenty of options. Beds were comfy. One downer... to log into the free wifi, you had to become a member and create an account even though they give you a password. Just annoying.”

“What I liked most about this property was the restaurant and bar. Was so nice after a long drive to be able to not have to drive somewhere to go and eat. Breakfast the next morning was also in the restaurant. The place was busy but the servers did an excellent job and were very friendly. Lots of parking and the beds were comfortable.”

“The hotel itself was great and within walking distance to attractions, however, the neighborhood surrounding the hotel was a little sketchy. We walked to PNC Park and didn’t feel super safe, so we Ubered back after the game.”

“We arrived near 1am and got fast, professional service from the staff on duty. That made everything else about our stay feel more welcoming and inviting. The mattresses were comfy & the pillows were plentiful and supportive. The hotel is also very close to at least 4 travel stops, so there were ample options for food and fuel. This place was worth what we paid for it.”

“The staff was very friendly and accomidating, the hotel was nice even though they were remodeling. I wish the hot tub was working so i could relax after driving six hours to get there and the mattress in iur room could have been softer so i wouldnt wake up each morning with a sore back. There was a few other hicupps we encountered but as always iur stay was great and we diffinitely will stay there again in the future.”
