“With it's waterpark pool, this is an ideal location for families with young children. However, we are seniors, just looking for a quiet place to rest our heads after a 10-hour day of travel. We arrived late on a Saturday afternoon and parking was a nightmare! The pool is visible from the lobby through the glass wall. It was jam packed with screaming kids! There were kids everywhere! They were running dripping wet through the lobby. Any thought of slipping quietly into the hot tub to relax...

“Great value for a basic room. Beds were comfortable and room was very clean. Huge flatscreen tv and nice fireplace in the room. Property was VERY clean and sanitary. Property is ALL new and completely renovated. Very quiet place. It was perfect for a one-night stay while in town for the NHL Playoffs. Only 20-minute commute to downtown. ”

“Room was great. Beds are very comfortable. They use blackout curtains which I need to sleep. Staff were welcoming and helpful.”

“Ugh this was kind of gross. It was very outdated walls and floors dirty. Tons of people smoking outside every entrance. The location is overlooking a Sheetz parking lot - so much noise all night. The towels were falling apart and dirty. If I would have been able ro cancel and not pay upon arrival I would have left and gone elsewhere. We were here for one night so sucked it up but spend an extra little bit of money and stay elsewhere.”

“I really wanted to like this boutique hotel—the decor was stylish, the room had a great vibe, and the location was convenient. On the surface, it checks a lot of boxes. However, the “contactless reception” model ended up being a major drawback. There was effectively no staff available at any point during our stay. While a contact number was provided, it took two full days—after we had already checked out—to receive a response. That’s not just inconvenient; it makes it impossible to resolve even...
