“Clean property and friendly staff. Just a warning before booking, they use commercial grade fans in the bathroom that turn on with the light(which is way too bright) and loud doesn't even describe it. We thought it was broken and asked to have it repaired but was told that is just what they installed.”

“My only complaint is how I was greeted by the front desk clerk upon my arrival for check in. It was late, around 1130pm. I stood in line and waited for the clerk to help the person in front of me. Once she was finished, she looked at me and said “do you want something?”…maybe “can I help you?” Or “how can I help you?”. Just came off as rude, unprofessional and that I was a bother. I will say that the interaction after that went well.
Also, upon check in late in the evening, An employee was...
