“the gal that helped us checking in was same gal that checked us out. she seemed like she didn't care about much. the room with a view included cinder blocks a ladder, traffic cones and bicycle. the room was clean.”

“This place truly lives up to its name! The breakfast selection was AMAZING for a hotel of this size and price! This place is a hidden gem in Reno! I do wish it’ll expand bigger and have more locations! The staffs here were all so kind and accommodating, and so lovely! Their communication with us was great! Hotel was in a safe area and there are a lot of free parking on their lot. ”

“The name of the hotel tells its own; there is no iron, no iron table, no hair dry, no microwave in Tye room, tiny size of shampoo, and the coffee in the room doesn’t have any taste.”

“Decently clean room. For a simple business stay for two nights, i was satisfied with my stay. Staff were courteous and were ready to accommodate whenever i should have needed it. Air conditioning works (used the heater most of the time), towels were replaced before the next night i came back in, and i was able to properly rest.
One thing i noticed though was some stains on the towels. If this was cleaned and bleached a little bit better and with care, it would have been a 5 star rating for me...
