“A/C did not work in my room, asked to be switched to another room staff did nothing except I will have to check with the manager They ended up putting a small desk fan in my room This did not help, I asked for some discount for the trouble they did not want to help or care. I would not recommend staying here It is just a stripped down no frills hotel Do not stay here”

“Alexia the best person to represent this hotel. She is friendly, and has exceptional customer service. I had called over the phone to request a roll away bed and to also ask few more questions about the hotel. She accommodated my request and answered all my questions. The breakfast was good. The only downfall was that the jacuzzi wasn't working and the pool was not heated. All the staff were really nice and had great customer service that I don't mind the inconvenience of the spa and pool. They...

However, once we entered the room, I immediately noticed stains on and around the toilet, stains on the bed sheets before we even laid down, and marks on the bathroom door.
