“We were upgraded to a one bedroom condo instead of the studio that we booked due to the a/c being out in the first building. It was a lovely surprise, the only caveat was that the elevator was out and we were on the third floor. But still a good trade off for us. The hot tub was also under repair. So despite the many mechanical issues that they have going on it was still a great place to stay in Asheville. Perfectly situated and very clean!”

“Enjoyed outdoor seating and breakfast! Bed was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Towels were nice and we appreciated extra set from the beginning. Although the room was large and had been cleaned, there were a few stains on the carpet and the dresser/console had several nicks, paint touch-ups that were noticeable. ”

“Enjoyed our stay very much. Front desk staff at check in and throughout our stay were friendly, helpful and genuinely welcoming. We were surprised with a room upgrade to a suite which was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was as expected with a variety of choices available. Hotel was clean and welcoming. We will definitely stay here again when back in the area. ”

“Overall, very nice. The valet parking at $30/day (+ tips) was too much on top of the room price. Also, there were no drawers for your clothes. Instead of a desk in the bedroom, add a dresser. Finally, it's nice they offer custom omelets. But, it's no good for vegetarians because they don't have separate cookware.”

“This property is just a quick walk to shops and restaurants. The hotel offers free shuttle service which we used. It was quick and convenient and dropped us off in the River Arts District. The rooftop bar was nice and had live music while we were there. We only ate at the property once and the food was fine. All the staff were nice and very attentive. You can definitely tell the flood impacted tourism and everyone we met in Asheville was warm and welcoming.”
