“My room did not look clean prior to entering. I did not have toilet paper and when I asked for hand soap downstairs, I was told they were out. They offered me an extra shampoo to use to wash my hands. I had to get a clean towel from downstairs also. The bathroom looked like it had not been wiped down as my mirrors had water stains and the counter was not cleaned. It looks like the floor hadn’t been vacuumed in a while either. “L'hotel è in buona posizione. Ha una struttura particolare caratterizzata dall'accesso alle camere tramite ballatoi xhe si affacciano sull'interno dell'hotel. Ci hanno dato dei ticket per bevande alcoliche per il rinfresco gratuito pomeridiano. I soft drink sono gratuiti. La colazione è buona. Avevamo una camera al quinto piano. Funzionava un solo ascensore conseguentemente l'attesa era lunga. La camera aveva un sofa bed sul quale abbiamo dovuto mettere noi le lenzuola. In ultimo l'aria...

“Whenever it says parking is available that mean that you will most likely have to pay for parking,options were to park on street or pay for parking on their lot which was 30.00 a night. I booked the room I had no idea that the room i booked did not have a restroom.”

“Lovely place to stay. Right in the downtown area of Austin. It was close to everything. Very walkable town. We were able to walk to the Capital building, restaurants, bars, the Congress bridge and shopping. The hotel itself was clean, beds were comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was great.
