“I actually love this property , having enjoyed the spa many times and its facilities. However the front office staff is in need of hospitality training . On two different occasions I’ve had incidents and concerns with privacy and disturbances.. I had asked a manager to get back to me and I’ve never received any feedback on either situations .. I got more of a it’s a “you” problem than any support or assurances..”

“We recently stayed here for a wedding nearby and absolutely loved it! The hotel is beautiful, the grounds are well maintained, and the location honestly couldn't have been better. Everything we wanted was within walking distance, which made our stay so easy and enjoyable.
While we were waiting for our room to be ready, my fiancé and I walked over to Mary's Pizza. The sweet woman at the front desk even gave us a coupon to use, which was such a thoughtful touch. The pizza was amazing, and by the...

“shallow warm mineral pools are perfect for families with kids! could vacation here year round even if weather is poor would be fun for kids in the warm pools.
the retro camper king room with convertible bed is nice for the space and semi separation (no door but feels like a separate space). but the bed is really uncomfortable. worse than regular sleeper sofa, would only recommend as last resort if you actually need to use it as a bed.

“Closeness to Railroad Square and wineries in the greater Santa Rosa area. The food at the little breakfast place was excellent and fast. Highly recommend the Belgian Waffles and the pancakes.”

“Gorgeous! Clean, comfortable, beautiful grounds. Close to the freeway but you would never know it. No noise from the roads. Great walk through the vineyards. Room was beautiful. Staff was great. Will be back!”
