“The real problem is that the spa is not working and that’s the reason why I stayed in the hotel. I should have been notified same way I got a message about how busy is the restaurant and that needs to be booked beforehand.

“Perfectly situated for a walk around York! Our room was clean, comfortable and bright. Breakfast was fresh with a wide selection of options available while other restaurant meals served well after a day of activity. Staff were friendly and happy to help with our enquiries. Would recommend this hotel.”
