“Gym very small.
Used the spa the first evening with no cost, the following morning when I went to use it after gym was told it was £30 per person.
When speaking with reception they said it is because it is new and it is on the website, I have checked website and it is in very small print when you are looking for it. I understand the payment however think that the hotel should inform you upon check in that there is a cost instead of finding out when you go to use the facilities.

“Hotel bellino, ma non un 5 stelle... Il tappeto del bagno macchiato e il vetro della doccia nero nei bordi e, sempre in bagno, odore di umido.
Camera molto piccola ma arredata molto bene e letto comodo.
Colazione valida e buona.

“Clean room, nice reception team.
Right in the middle of all the shops and city center.
Use Google Maps for walking directions to find the hotel. Close to the train station but the entrance is discreet tucked away.”

“Room was ok . Dull dark decor and v small television. Table light worked but wonky and carpet threadbare in some areas . Clean .
Check in was not very welcoming , lady seemed rushed and no pleasantries . Asked for more milk which didn’t get . Meal in the evening was good . Sticky toffee sauce was more like weak caramel. Decided not to stay the night so returned home so can’t comment on breakfast. Staff serving meal v good . ”

“Excellent place to stay with free parking outside and only a ten minute walk onto the seafront. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. We had a double room which was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Scarborough.”
