“We have stayed here multiple times due to the proximity to downtown Franklin. It is a nice, new hotel which is very clean and quiet. We love the Tru brand for it's modern, well-thought-out rooms that have everything you need in a perfect layout. We especially love the lobby where there is plenty of space to work, socialize, or play games. The breakfast is very good, and the staff are always very helpful. ”

“The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and beds were comfortable. The issue is when we arrived, our room was open but we didn’t immediately notice anything amiss. We assumed that it was the cleaning crew that just finished, but after being in the room for awhile we found a man hiding in the shower with the shower curtain closed.
