“The room was mostly clean and the hotel looked great. The area was nice and easy to access. Breakfast was sub-par. Everything looked and tasted like it had been re heated. All of the food was cold. The cheese looked like it had been sitting out for days.”

“The staff were nice and professional. Unfortunately, they had roaches in the room. This is a safety and health since the roaches could have easily gotten into my things. They need to fix this immediately.”

“Even if the hotel is not the Ritz with all bells and whistles, it is highly recommended to keep it clean. The carpet is smelly, needs serious cleanup. Vacuuming should be done thoroughly, sheets should be replaced by newer ones. Everything looks and feels old. Access to the hotel should be advertised by the curb, I missed the entrance and drove on rt20 up to exit 58 to only return and enter the hidden path to it. The only positive thing was the change of rooms I asked about. Having a knee...

“First room had clogged toilet, bad outlets, and TV didn't work. They offered to move us, and gave us keys that didn't work. Returned to front desk, and they rekeyed cards...they now worked, but room was occupied ( sorry to the folks we walked in on!). 3rd row had a florescent light in the bathroom that worked intermittently, might not work at all, or stroked badly. Told front desk about light, and they said it would be taken care of...it never was. With a little maintenance this could...

“If planning on fixing meal in room bring pans and pots and silverware and plates. Place is clean no shampoo or shower gel or shampoo. Only 1 small bar of soap and you need dish detergent as well”
