“Satisfied with the hotel ”

“The location is great right in the middle of downtown, close to all of the excitement. The rooms were clean and the staff were exceptional. We arrived in Edmonton 3 hours before check-in and they allowed us to leave our bags there at the front desk so we could go and site see. As well as checking out, we left our bags at the front desk until we were ready to go the airport at 5pm. We will Definatley use the hotel service again”

“Room very clean. Good quality bedding Valet left a sweet cookie surprise in our vehicle the next morning, nice touch.”

“Staff were extremely friendly. Hotel, hallways, elevators and rooms were clean. Even when busy it was still quiet. Bed was decent, at least it didn’t “roll into the middle” like so many hotel beds do. ”
