“The check in and check out process was disorganized and extremely long. Staff easily distracted away from their duties. Really really dislikes porters more interested in taking your baggage away from me before check in process began and didn't convey politely what they were doing. First morning required to attend a 90 minute presentation to sell us vacation share. Will not go again.”

“The staff was very friendly and respectful, with good recommendations of where to go. The locations is fairly central, but you need to take short uber drives to most places. About a 3 minute Uber to a lovely shopping mall,restaurant and clubs. About 15 mins to the beach. The indoor green space reminded me a lot of Spanish Architecture. “Everything was perfect the food was really good we payed for the morning breakfast and then we got the check thinking we still had to pay and then they reminded us it was free it was just a receipt and returned the money which other people would have just kept it but the staff was perfect everything was really nice ”

“The experience in Meliá Punta Cana has been spectacular! The food has been great, the location is great and the views from the beach were amazing! All the staff so friendly and helpful. Our host was Jean Geto who went above and beyond. Jose at the lobby bar was also making sure we were looked after. We will definitely come back. Thank you ”

“Garden area was beautiful and peaceful, with plenty of greenery and well-kept spaces. Swimming pool was refreshing and perfect for relaxing throughout the day. I enjoyed how close the hotel was to the beach, just a short walk to the Caribbean Sea and its calm waves.”

“We stayed with some family over March break and had a great time. The resort itself is spectacular. As you arrive you are greeted by friendly staff and enter a beautiful lobby that rivals world wide luxury hotels. We booked the unique club and it was well worth the little extra that we paid. We had a private check in area, a private beach area, a private lunch and breakfast area. We also had a private pool though it was a ways away from the beach and main pool we only really used it once. We...
