“The room and bathroom were small, but it was okay since we were only there one night. Everything was clean and well put-together. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a good stay, but not outstanding.”

“The room was clean and spacious. Parking very easy and plentiful. The staff did their job and were efficient. The breakfast however was pitiful. Only hot food available was the usual waffle maker, which is fine because we are good with just fruit if need be. But the fruit here was unacceptable. The bananas were so brown they were soft to the touch and the apples had mold on them. Very disappointing. ”

“This hotel is rated higher than it should be. Need to do updates in the rooms. The price we paid for this hotel it should’ve be in better shape. Will think twice about going to a Holiday inn hotel. The next two nights stayed at different hotels ”

“This place was dirty, walls were super thin, phone was not working, staff wasn’t friendly. Because the walls were so thin in the next room the person was either coughing or god knows what but they kept us up all night. My daughter had to get up at 3 to bang on their door and tell them to shut up. I couldn’t call down to the desk because the phone wasn’t working . Just a terrible experience for $120 dollars”

“The rooms were clean and the size very comfortable, especially for a multi-day stay. Housekeeping staff were wonderful if we needed anything, like extra towels, etc. Breakfast was really good, with lots of choices; would have preferred an earlier start time for breakfast on Saturday morning (started at 7:30 am). Happy Hour was well done and snacks provided. Our only complaint was that it took us 25 minutes to check in on a Wednesday afternoon at 3:30 - there were approximately 10 people...

“Ok All lights in room did not work”

“Got to bfast Sunday before 10 and it was closed down. Got coffee and bagel with peanut butter as the cooler was locked up. Parking was ok. Staff was ok. The room was dark, very low lighting. The carpet and bed covers were stained. One bed was concurved, my back ached just looking at it. The metal cover on the water knob fell off during my shower. Won't be back. ”
