“Clean room, breakfast”

“The blinds made of a material that allowed light to come in and the room never really go dark. People passing by could not see inside. It was not good for sleeping. Also, the a/c unit in the room was so loud it kept waking us up when it would kick on. My husband took a shower and before he would put his socks on his feet were so dirty from walking on the floor he had to wash his feet again. The breakfast was hot and tasty. The bed was comfortable, however my husband's pillowcase had a stain...

“Pleasantly surprised at how clean and spacious the room was. I just stopped for 1 night along my trip and I would stay again.”

“Room clean, furniture dated but completely acceptable for a 1 night stay. A/c was efficient. Breakfast served til 9 am. Did not have it we needed to sleep through it. This is an overnight inn not a luxurious vacation hotel. Would stay here again.”

“Pool advertised, was not available. Bathroom off Lobby had Out of Service sign on it , was only locked. Poor focus for a hospitality organization.”

“The first room I was given when I checked in had roaches. The other room she gave me was better but the property was pretty nasty”

“Don’t understand all of the glowing reviews. Room was tiny, bathroom walls had white stains all over and toilet paper stuck to them, shower floor was level with the rest of the bathroom floor so the water just flowed across the whole bathroom, which was very unsafe. Neighborhood didn’t feel very safe. Really glad this was just a quick stay for us.”

“Room was disgusting. Musty smell throughout. Different bugs in room. Bathroom light didn’t work. Several sketchy people on property. Quality Inn must be an ironic name. ”

“La struttura è moderna e vicina al porto. Le stanze sono abbastanza spaziose ed il bagno di buona qualità. La colazione è nello standard anche se la qualità non è il massimo. Le pulizie vengono fatte solo a richiesta. Offre aria condizionata, macchinetta del caffè, frigorifero, forno a microonde e televisore. I prezzi nella norma. ”

“Terrible experience, cockroaches in the bathroom and the shower curtain was full of mildew, I booked a king room and to my surprise upon entering the room in was a double bed. I called the front desk and apparently they got overbooked and changed my room type without letting me know. The fridge was unplugged when I entered the room , water was all over the floor and it smelled awful. I asked to be moved to a different room but to my surprise the lady at the front desk said that was the only room...

“Please the pillows and blankets has a rare smell when I arrived, also the chair’s fabric was dirty”

“LOUD! do not get a room towards the highway (in back).”

“The pool area is not well kept or clean. Breakfast included, but same food was offered everyday over 4 days of the stay, so we ended up grabbing breakfast out. Not convenient to downtown Charleston or the beaches if you are looking to go there.”
