“A great little spot just about a half a block from the beach. Great location, easy parking. My pup and I had a wonderful stay here. The place was clean and charming, with stunning wood floors and cabinetry, and a beautiful clawfoot tub! It’s a bright open space with a lot of windows, which is great for looking at all of the foliage and friendly critters skittering around! The host, T’mimah, was responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere to stay...

“Check in was easy. Every room was clean. Large garage for parking. Bedrooms on every floor offers separation for guests. The house looks just like the pictures. 2 balconies, 1 in the living room and one in the top level master bedroom. Small outdoor seating would be nice. FYI: The other resident in the complex does not close the driveway gate. They leave it open. ”

“Property was better than advertised!! Very clean and stocked with everything we needed and then some. Very close to all attractions we were there for and Kevin, the owner, even sent us a bottle of wine!!”

“We had a fantastic stay! They were the most gracious hosts with the best communication I’ve experienced. Fantastic view while we enjoyed morning coffee and an evening drink. The sauna was very nice. We would be thrilled to stay here again!”

“Nicely located near shops and restaurants. The pool looked very nice and had a relaxing outdoor space. We traveled during a time when I cold to swim but the space was lovely. The gym had a nice mix of weights and cardio equipment. The apartment was located in a nice area of the complex with nice views of the golf course next to the property. The location was perfect for our trip to six flags!”

“This unit worked out perfectly for me. Location was great for getting around with a rental car. As other reviews, mentioned, the entry is through a gated alley. It was no problem for me, but I could see it being difficult for a single female traveler. Otherwise, the unit was great, and I would recommend for a quick stay in the Venice beach area.”

“We had an excellent stay. Moziko was reachable and friendly. Let us check in early after a long flight. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We loved the separate beds for the children. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. It was just great. ”

“The proeprty was ample much more privacy than a Hotel and allowed pets. We arrived late and were able to find parking. The is just 2 hours on Mon,Tuesday when there is alternate Street side parking So if you watch the signs it works out fine. The Bed and couch were great after a full day of travel.The only thing I will change in the future is flying into Burbank and not LAX! ”
