“All of the staff I interacted with were friendly and courteous. The food was amazing from the restaurant too! For a hotel that is so close to the runway, I didn’t even wake from plane noise! I’d highly recommend anyone staying here.”

“Nice hotel located in a rural area. Check in easy Nice comfortable room and nice dining options for dinner at the hotel restaurant & bar. All staff was very friendly accommodating. Would definitely recommend this hotel. ”

“It was unique, a little hip/funky, beautiful, comfortable and well-situated in the middle of downtown Florence. I note that I could hear the bar and music, but the bar closed around 10:00, when I went to bed. It took a little while to get hot water, but then it was fine. There needs to be better instructions to operate the (useful!) electronic devices & it would help to tell people that registration is at the bar.”
