“The hotel staff, bellmen, hotel room was excellent. Check-in was very quick. The bellman was very friendly and knowledgeable about the hotel. The hotel room was so comfortable and the balcony view overlooking TVA and Florence landscape was very nice.Very clean. I wanted to add an extra night but there was a huge group arriving and that wasn’t possible, which is understandable. I will def stay here again. ”

“This property is very close to the Space Center and offers a very good breakfast AND dinner (including a couple of alcoholic beverages) every day. The staff was mostly friendly and helpful. The fitness center has 2 ellipticals, 2 treadmills, 2 stationary bikes, and a corner with weights and a bench. The pool looks nice, but is usually pretty packed. Very nice hotel!”

“We were traveling to Florida and found Best Western as an option to stay. We were booking two rooms for an overnight stop after a long 13 hour day. Booking was easy, front desk staff was friendly, helpful and process of check in was quick. Room accommodations were nice, clean, quiet and next door to Applebees’s. Cost was more affordable then area hotels. We enjoyed the breakfast and the women working in the AM was super nice and accommodating for our group of 5. We will definitely be back! ”
