I have a service dog and asked for an inside corridor room on the 2nd floor (no elevator) but was still put in an outside room (165) on the first floor where power washing was happening. “I have stayed here in the past and that experience was wonderful. During this stay, the room that was paid for in advance was canceled by the Manager on duty after showing her confirmation and after speaking with someone from third party. She wanted me to pay cash for the room and told me to wait for the 3rd party to refund me the money back. She was very unprofessional and rude.”

“The bathroom door was filthy with paint coming off and chipped wood. The mirror wasn't clean. The dispensers were empty of the shower gel and shampoo. Only 3 pillows for a King size bed. They only give a bag for ice without the canister. The bag leaked. Not a place that you want to stay.”
