“Lobby was locked when I arrived. They don’t check anybody in after midnight. I rang the bell several time but nobody answered. Had to sleep in my car. I requested a refund. If I get it I’ll revise my review but otherwise this hotel is not for travelers who may roll into town after midnight. They’re in bed.”

“I requested a first floor room due to my mobility at reservation and was denied at the desk. “You want the second floor, it has been remodeled and we have an elevator” The elevator was super rickety and 100 degrees along with the hallways. The room was poorly remodeled. The doors were old and scratched up. There were ash burns in our comforter and the edge of the tub. Breakfast was an absolute joke. Bagels, bread and cereal. We checked out as fast as we could and got McDonalds instead.”

We left our room one morning at 7AM and when were returned at 3PM the door was left propped open by housecleaning. “The hotel was dirty, the room door did not close unless you used the bolt. Staff was rude when we asked about breakfast and no coffee. I’m surprised Expedia even has this hotel on their website!!!”

“Our room was filthy. My husband went across the street to get Clorox wipes so we could sanitize the room. There was hair all over the bathroom. Our tub would not drain and I had to stand in standing water because we were in a hurry to get out in the morning. I would not recommend this hotel to my friends and I will not be going back.”
