“Great stay at this nicely-appointed and convenient condo. Beautiful view from balcony and easy access to pool and beach. Very clean throughout, except for a few carpet stains. Well stocked with bath/beach linens and paper products. Kitchen updated with newer appliances and is well stocked with dishes and cookware, but no starter staple cooking items like oil & seasonings so need to bring your own or purchase at nearby grocery. “This was our second time staying at this property, and it's terrific! The furnishings are great and very comfortable. The apartment is sparkling clean and well-equipped with all the essential supplies (paper towels, dishwashing soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc.). The large deck is fabulous -- a great spot to relax and enjoy the view, especially the spectacular sunrises. “Was a beautiful week at the condo with an amazing view and pool. The kids loved the size of the pool allowing enough room for kids and adults alike to enjoy. The beach was less than 100 yards and easy access to and from the condo. Our flights schedules got tweaked and they accommodated our schedules - amazing quick communication. Restaurants we had to drive too for most part but great grocery store as well down the road with great deals. We look forward to going back .... ”

“Condo was exactly as presented. Well appointed. Everything needed for a stay including lotion (which I forgot) and a steamer for clothes. Location is excellent. A brief walk to the beach. A couple of hours from St. Augustine. Wonderful restaurants nearby.”
