“Excellent staff. Attentive to detail. Hotel is not a Ritz Carlton. Missing all out service and a facilities you pay for. Lobby bar closed until 3pm, gourmet restaurant closed Sunday and monday. No service outside areas. Not a Ritz when you have to buy a bottle of wine and plastic cups to enjoy overlooking the ocean.”

“Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. It was a good location as you could walk to a lot of restaurants and shops. The breakfast had a lot of options. My only room complaint was that the bathroom needs to be updated soon. Some of the floor trim was broken and there was rust on the shower. They also coulld use more parking. They were residing so a few spots were blocked off and I had to park across the street many times.”

“We found this place on a whim heading north for the season. Looking for something different than the Hampton Inn & WOW are we happy we did! We only had a short 12-15 hours here but we loved our stay. The staff are over the top friendly and helpful. Our room was enormous with views of the beach and ocean break. “Clean room. Older hotel and parking is a bit of a challenge with big car, but excellent location on Beach and close to everything! Nice staff. Not very comfortable beds. Breakfast was average for a hotel breakfast. Location is worth the stay”
