“The hotel was awesome! And we really enjoyed our stay. The ocean view was beautiful! You can actually save alittle cash and get the balcony view and still see the ocean! I’d definitely stay there again! Staff was great as well😊”

“I think of a Ritz Carlton as an over the top experience but I feel the Amelia Island Ritz is underwhelming. With all resort fees, parking cost etc., the nightly room charge was $1400. That is no food or activity charges. We were disappointed their “Salt” restaurant is closed on Sunday and Monday so did not get to eat there. Other eating options are fine but not special by any means.”

“Pet friendly, easy walk to beach with chairs and towels provided! Very comfortable bed, good sized room but bathroom needs updating. Minimal water pressure in the shower. Nice lobby area and nice breakfast buffet included! This is a Hilton property but was advertised as a Hampton Inn when booking. ”

“Quiet spot just steps from the beach. Your needs are covered with a fully equipped kitchen We kept the front door open so we could enjoy the sound of the waves and cool weather. There is an outside sitting area by your front door. Bed was very comfortable.

“We know the hotel can't control the weather, but we were surprised by the lack of effort to offer some kid friendly activities with 4 straight days of rain.
Other issues we encountered:
1) our shower looked like it was never cleaned. The same 2 pieces of hair were stuck on the tile when we arrived and left. Lots of mold too.
2) my husband took my tween daughters to the gym with him (since we were all going stir crazy from the 3rd straight day of rain!) They were rudely informed at the desk...
