“The hotel is charming, but the location could be better. Unfortunately, the staff experience was disappointing. Breakfast service was especially frustrating — although the restaurant opens at 8:30 AM, food service did not actually begin until around 9:20 AM, which is far too late for guests with morning plans.”

“Casa Mónica is a great place to stay at because of the location and staff. Property needs to be refurbished. Rugs are dirty. Ceiling and walls have cracks. Shower makes a lot of noise and hot water doesn’t really get that hot. Stayed next to the elevator and it was extremely noisy. Can also hear all the noise going on outside. Definitely not what it used to be especially for the prices being paid. Really a shame.”
