“We stayed on New Year’s Day and the hotel was extremely busy, with only one front desk associate, Chea, assisting guests. She truly did her best to accommodate everyone and remained helpful and professional despite how hectic it was. Our room was perfect for my family. It was comfortable and exactly what we needed to relax and get a good night’s sleep after spending the evening in St. Augustine for Nights of Lights. Overall, a pleasant stay and we would return.”

“Everything about BFB&B is tastefully and thoughtfully done. We stayed in two different rooms (we wanted to extend our stay, so needed to move). Each room was decked out in “curated” decor, linens, lending library selections etc. The common space for breakfast services was decorated for Christmas and furnished with elegant tables and chairs. “My husband and I travelled from NS, Canada. We were pleasantly surprised with how friendly the staff were, how beautiful the view was, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. Morning coffee on the dock was soothing and happy hour was so welcoming. Our room was clean and spacious and the Inn was quiet and safe. Our room wasn’t ready at check in time and cleaning staff was still working which may have been a rushed cleaning job and that’s why things were potentially missed.
