“Beautiful location and steps away from the ocean. Property is situated on very low tide beach, that is very messy. There are supposed to be two outdoor faucets for you to wash your feet before going into room. Both were not on/working, which made it very hard to keep sand out of room. Scheduled power outage both nights we were there, which made it especially uncomfortably hot with summer heat (not the motel's fault, but nothing done to try to make in least bit better). Would possibly stay there...

“Kevin and Lesley were perfect hosts at the Lark and Loon, so many interesting conversations, re pieces of pottery, historic pictures, the bed and breakfast was so period perfect. We enjoyed a fantastic breakfast of the most delicious fruit and homemade granola yogurt parfait topped off with a scrumptious white chocolate cranberry scone from Kevin's grandma's famous recipe.. We had a wonderful night Thank you”
