“The atmosphere at this lodge was peaceful and restful. We spent a lot of time in the rocking chairs on the patio looking out at the lake. The breakfast was adequate, with gluten free options that were a welcome surprise. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Some of the details in the room could be updated, specifically the balcony/bathroom door handles and the bathroom flooring that was cracked and moved when you stepped on the tiles. ”

“6 mins from NOC where we were going White water rafting. There are no elevators and all rooms are on second floor so you have to be able to navigate stairs. We got there later than planned and directions for late check in were clear and easy! They texted us later to make sure we fot in ok”

“Charming old-style inn with a nice hot breakfast. Friendly staff that went out of their way to help move our booking to another room when the cabin A/C went out a day before we arrived. We only stayed for a night, but we would definitely stay here again next time we are in Franklin!”

“Everything went smooth since the booking to the stay. We liked the cleanliness of the place and the location. The only thing we could suggest is to replace the shampoo and conditioner with something easier to open, because the poly bag seal is really hard to tear it. Thank you”
