“Delusions of grandeur. A very small room with barely enough room to open a suitcase, slightly shabby decor. So many cushions on the bed that when you removed them they took up most of the available floor space! Bathroom ok but nowhere to put toiletries. Dinner ok, but nothing special. It was all “ok” but disappointing compared to the hype on the website.”

“Had a very comfortable 2 night stay. The room was spacious and clean with a great en-suite. Staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast and dinner plentiful and very tasty. Parking was easy on site. Highly recommend.”

Eg Some of the tiles over the bath need re grouting as do a couple of floor tiles. The fire escape windows could not be locked properly which gave us a bit of worry about security while we were not in the room. “The ground floor room was fine, with easy access to the parking area. The shower room was very clean and modern; the bedding was immaculate on a comfortable bed; it was a shame the carpet hadn't been vacuumed. We would have liked a small fridge and a second opening window as the weather was exceedingly hot, but we appreciated the air conditioning.
