It has window units, not central AC, and ceiling fans in every room, however, if the noise bothers you, the window unit in the main bedroom is noisy. Noise does not bother me”

“I’m disabled and was expected to take trash to a dumpster that was not close. I hate when they charge cleaning fees and then you have to help them clean. Outside of that the cottage was very pretty and clean, parking was right next to it. ”

“Great escape from the city. We enjoyed the place and our golden retriever loved the big fenced yard. Much needed break and a great place to do that. ”

“If you’re looking for a place to hide out where nobody will find you this is it it’s cute. It was clean and it’s a cute little getaway away from everything else if that’s what you’re looking for, but if you’re looking to stay in the city, definitely not it.”

“Seadrift is small, and quieter than Rockport. Full porch overlooks water, facing south. 2021 full remodel. In-unit laundry. 2nd bedroom is loft over kitchen/living room area and 3rd BR on ground level. A number of higher end touches, like a bidet. Comfortable king sleep number bed. Fine getaway to warmer weather for me and my wife!”

“Swimming, beach day, and some sight seeing in Corpus, made for a relaxing and fun long weekend with our two young kids and a set of their grandparents. The home was spacious, well-decorated, complete with all the essentials, and had good quality beds. Neighborhood was clean and quiet as well.”

“Was what I expected. People were great to work with and it was very easy process. The room was very clean. Property is a bit older, but has nice parking. It was a bit out of the way for my purposes, but it is close to the art district, so if that is your thing this place maybe ideal. Also, Rockport isn’t that big, so not necessarily a big deal. ”
