“Cons: Pool was dirty, no tools to clean it. Staff was NEVER on site, trash bin by the pavilion was full the whole time. All BBQ grills had broken grates making all of them almost impossible to cook on. Room was clean, if you don’t count the areas where the floor meets the wall, especially around the beds, where the hair, dust, and dead roaches gathered. The beds were like a box of springs with a thin blanket on top, very uncomfortable and outdated. We reserved a room that slept 6 for 2...

“Very clean however the hot water and electrical need attention. Stay ed in one the new cabins and light over the kitchen sometimes comes on and starts blinking like some kind of alarm, weird! Tried a shower but it was hot then cool and never got hot again, also weird.”

“Assegnata una camera al primo piano inutilizzata da tempo, sporca ed impolverata. Trovato scarafaggio morto nella vasca. Camera subito cambiata con altra al 2 piano più grande ed abbastanza pulita. Struttura poco curata frequentata probabilmente da stanziali. Personale ok così come la colazione. Se di passaggio con camera assegnata pulita ok ”

“Went to the office to let them know the room had not been clean the lady at the front desk mentioned it have been checked off mind you there was dirty socks on the nightstand. There was cookies broken up underneath the beds. There were sanitary napkins in the trashcan and razor blade tops in the bathtub. How can someone tell you the room have been clean would not recommend to anyone. ”

“The staff was really nice, however our room was not clean at check in. Trash in the trash can and on bathroom floor, food items in the fridge and one towel. We were moved to another room and no wash cloths and there was dirt/ sand on one bed. Trash stayed on the floor by the ice machine and never saw housekeeping. ”

“The only negative I have is that when my daughter and I arrived, none of the outside lights were on and our room was in the little tucked away corner so it was impossible to see without a flash light. Other than that, it was very clean and well maintained. ”

“The resort had everything we needed to make ourselves at home. Clean sheets and ample towels. I appreciated having my own reserved parking space too! Check in and check out was so easy! ”
