“Disappointed after staying there. Filthy floor and bathroom. We trusted the reviews before booking our room but how disappointed. Bad odor, folks standing outside smoking all directions. Expedia stated they have hot tub available but they don’t. It’s like staying at a motel super cheap and doesn’t worth the price. Will not return again. The beds were firm and comfortable to sleep on. ”

“It's an inexpensive motel that you get what you pay for. All i needed was a place to sleep, and this fit the bill. The shower water pressure wasn't very good, their towels didn't look clean, and when i told the owner the toilet clogged, he simply handed me a plunger. Average stay for an Average place. ”

“Assegnata una camera al primo piano inutilizzata da tempo, sporca ed impolverata. Trovato scarafaggio morto nella vasca. Camera subito cambiata con altra al 2 piano più grande ed abbastanza pulita. Struttura poco curata frequentata probabilmente da stanziali. Personale ok così come la colazione. Se di passaggio con camera assegnata pulita ok ”

“Property is an easy drive to restaurants, grocery, quirky little downtown, bars, Rockport’s great beach. Property has definitely seen better days but cottages are very spacious…two rooms. Ice machine not working. No extra toilet paper rolls in bathroom. There is a pool though I never saw it being used. Owner very friendly. Right by the water. This is a low budget motel at a low rate. Keep your expectations with that in mind and it will work for you.”
