“Efficient staff, clean room and good breakfast”

“Don’t stay here unless you’re ok with a gnat infestation. Just to give you an idea, there were dead gnats in the plastid wrapped cups for the coffee in the room. The only thing “good” about this hotel is the location for concerts. When I requested to change rules because of the gnats the front desk stated, “all rooms are the same.” Only one elevator was working and it was in the way back. “The property was very clean and beds were comfortable. Kitchen area is open concept to living area and well set up. The patio looks out over the pool but it was very quiet at night. The only drawback is the property access is through an app for each door and you have to scroll through each description to find the correct access. Parking garage is large into fit a 3/4 pickup in with no problems. I would definitely stay again. The walk to the NRG center is not bad. One block over and through...
