“Our room was very clean and comfortable ”

“The employees were great! The balconies are dingy and in need of some love. That goes for the pool as well. I didn’t feel comfortable letting my child swim in it. Also needs some umbrellas to allow some shade. The room itself was clean.”

“We enjoyed our stay! Staff were super friendly. We felt very safe and taken care of. The fire pits were temperamental. It was cold during our stay so we looked forward to them. Pool is beautiful!”

“Seemed like an older hotel that needs some TLC and not the level I expect from Courtyard. Elevator was broke part of our stay, the room was very humid and the sheets felt damp, and there were footprints on the ceramic tile floor and a few other minor housekeeping issues. The pool was down for maintenance as well. Beds were clean and comfortable.”

“I reserved a king room but was told upon checking in only queen rooms were available. I was told there was a plumbing problem in the king room. I looked at my credit card a few days day later and there was an additional $176 accommodation charge. I called to dispute this and was told there there was no apparent reason for the charge and it would be refunded.”

“Just needed a late night stay after concert so I didn't have to drive at night. Price was first concern. But I was happy to find that it was also very nice, the property was off the main road,well maintained and clean. I liked that it was away from the highway noise and lights. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Will be going to more concerts at the wharf now that I know where to stay.”

“Even though the property is “on the beach”, beach chairs and umbrellas are not provided free of charge to guests of the hotel, you have to rent them from another company, or bring your own. That was disappointing and unexpected. Previously places we stayed, the hotel provided all the beach amenities.”

“Room was nonsmoking but smelled like someone had been smoking in it nonstop for weeks! No other solution from staff. My son’s asthma was horrible after one night. The water was also brown in the shower. ”

“Great place, very clean and the view was beautiful. Only downside was they only had 3 handicap spots and the paid parking was a very long walk. They had valet but we like to do it ourselves. They didn’t have enough bag carts and wanted to put you on a waiting list to get one. Also, only had elevators at one end of the resort and it was a very long walk to the gulf view rooms.”
