“First time staying at Hollywood casino but been to every other casino there and all the ones that are now gone, the place is a ghost town around there . Bed was comfortable and room was clean but the noise they keep playing all night long out in the casino sounds like it was right near our room and couldn't sleep for nothing with that going on.”

“I was not happy with our room. Our room was not well cleaned. I found a bug in the bathroom. Paper on the floor by the door, when you first walk in. There was a old room key behind the chair. You can tell that no one mopped the floor. Also our sheets was nasty. For them to put white sheets on the bed and they couldn't see the blood on it, in two spots. The casino was great.”

“Pool was closed . The pictures online are rather old. Door manual lock was broken off . The sheets had stains on them. Could smell the illegal substances being smoked , to the point of coughing . Will not be going back to this hotel .”

“Visiting Memphis and decided to stay outside the city given our budget and having heard mixed reviews of staying in the city of Memphis with some reviewers feeling unsafe…it did the job for a night so we could visit Memphis (~25 min away by car) but the hotel does not have a pool as advertised, the bathroom seemed old, and the deadbolt of our door has been broken off and the hotel had no more rooms so we had to sleep without the deadbolt. The breakfast in the morning was decent and the assistant...
