“It was good the manager upgraded us because it was my husband‘s birthday and our honeymoon at the same time and our room was not as good as we would like so she upgraded our room for us. I really thank her for that but a lot of upgrades do need to be done to the hotel like the pool area and hot tub area need to be cleaner and the water need to be treated. “Staff was very helpful. A+ My room needed a few repairs and there was no remote for the TV. It was great for what I needed and I understand it was a late night accommodation because another hotel botched my reservation. I was taking the only thing available and I really appreciate them hooking me u in a pinch. I will always be grateful for their excellent staff.”
