“So terrible we walked in and walked out again, drove around to find a different hotel! This hotel gave me the creeps, like something out of a horror movie with an American hostel feel. We arrived late (10 ish pm) and despite the hotel being quite quiet our room was given to us and was one of the last rooms down a long dark corridor at the back of the building. I was travelling alone with my young daughter and couldnt understand why we were put so far away from civilisation. Something felt...

“Wonderful stay after a day at Farmer Copleys (which is literally a minute away by car). We stayed in one of the bungalows which was brilliant, very clean and lovely little balcony which we would have sat out on but the weather was a little bit rainy. Room was quite warm with lovely underfloor heating, I struggled slightly as I like to sleep in a room that feels like the arctic but they provide a big fan that was perfect. Anche la camera non era pulitissima (tra i due letti c'erano ancora delle briciole dei precedenti ospiti).”

“Excellent staff, super friendly and helpful. Our room 106 needed some TLC but it was super clean and spacious with a very comfy mattress. Breakfast was very good, great assortment of cold and hot food and love that’s it’s a ‘help yourself’ options. Good quality food. Our satnav wouldn’t accept the postcode, so if yours is the same, it’s just off junction 36 of the A1. ”
