“Everything was great the staff had some problems coordinating my reservation with Expedia but in the end were happy to let me stay. I don’t think they ever found my reservation.”

“L'hôtel est propre , le personnel respecte les panneaux "ne pas déranger"/ "svp faites le ménage" , j'ai donc prolongé mon séjour au seins de cet établissement étant agréablement surpris du confort au vu du prix très bas a Astana . Un petit frigo est a disposition, une bouilloire deux thés, brosses à dents et dentifrice , des chaussons jetables, le tout renouvelé quotidiennement.”

“La force de cet établissement réside dans l’extrême gentillesse du personnel. Ce sont des gens serviables et attentionnés. Il y a un excellent café ainsi qu’un supermarché près de l’hôtel. Demandez à avoir une chambre à l’avant de l’hôtel. À l’arrière, la vue donne sur la toiture du rez-de-chaussée.”
