“The heat didn’t start getting warm until the next morning we checked in at 8pm and then when time to check out the 3rd shift worker left before the 1st worker got in. So I had to double back to get my deposit. We waited for about 30 mins with no employee on site. I live out of town had a appoint appointment so for me to have to double back was very inconvenient. ”

When my husband took a shower his towel had a large worn hole in it. At check in i was informed that the $60 deposit per room was cash only”

“The best part of this property is the staff. However, we won't ever stay here again unless it's mid-week because of the proximity to the outlet mall as well as the Flea Market. The hotel was packed. The pool is tiny just in case you might want to use it. We didn't. Also, the pool is right by the elevator and the floor stayed wet. There were lots of loud preteens running around. We are seniors and will choose a bit pricier property next time and maybe it will be quieter. The floor tiles...

“My room smelt of cigarettes and blankets had lots of burn holes. On the website while booking it states free breakfast which is incorrect. They only offered coffee and orange juice. ”

“This website sent me to a hotel that was under renovation and not in service. I arrived at 11:30 pm. It took a half hour to reach a customer service person. And then another half hour for that person to Not reach the hotel! Because it wasn’t in service!!! Ridiculous!!!!”

“ Motel was very run down, door was open when we arrived and the heater did not work. It was 20 degrees outside and the room was very cold. When we asked for help, the staff implied that we broke the heater by simply trying to turn it on. Said to give it some time because I pushed too many buttons (on, high, heat were pushed). “The room was clean. Staff was fine. Our tub held water and did not drain properly. The usb plugs next to the beds did not work. There was a loud group staying on the floor above us, and there was stomping and yelling and kids knocking on our door and running down the halls well after 11pm. We usually stay here when visiting family, but this is the last time we will stay here. It has gone downhill recently.”
