“The bed was comfortable! The room was not clean, furniture very dusty! The curtains were torn and very dirty , bathroom appeared cleaned but the floors were dirty. The iron did not work and the iron board cover had holes. There was an unpleasant odor in the room when AC was running.”

“We had a nice stay here. The room was comfortable and fit our family of five. However I asked for extra pillows and towels (since tgere were 5 of us and only 4 towels and 6 pillows) from the front desk but was told they couldn't access them until housekeeping arrived in the morning. So the next morning I called housekeeping and was told to ask the housekeeper on our floor. At that time no one was on our floor. “We had to switch rooms several times. My sister in law had to switch her room as well. No ac in the hallways and was dirty. Pool was closed and dirty upon our arrival, ac in room didn't work and was very loud.”
